A living Facilities Master Plan updated over time
This platform is designed to keep the Facilities Master Plan current as new assessments, funding opportunities, project decisions, and implementation milestones become available.
Planning process
The plan begins with a structured inventory and field assessment, then translates campus needs into scoped projects. Those projects are prioritized against condition, impact, equity, readiness, and funding fit before being phased into implementation.
Because the plan is digital, dashboards can be refreshed as new data sources come online instead of waiting for a static report cycle.
